The ruins of Knockamillie Castle

The ruins of Knockamillie Castle, once belonging to the Lamonts in the 15th century, still stand proudly on the hillside, despite being destroyed by the Campbells in 1646. Only a corner of the ancient keep remains, but it is enough to transport you to a time long gone.
